Your information, handled with care.

Expat Wealth Desk uses information you share in our enquiry form to respond to your request for a review of an existing investment or savings plan. Please also read our existing privacy policy ↗.

Details collected

We request your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and country of residence, current provider, and reason for requesting a review. You may share an approximate policy value, a message, and a recent valuation file (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB). You can redact account numbers and unrelated personal details before uploading. Please do not provide passwords or identity documents.

We may also record the landing page, UTM marketing tags and Google click identifiers to assess campaign performance.

How enquiries and documents are handled

Contact details and review enquiries pass through n8n automation to our Airtable CRM and Brevo email notifications. If you provide a valuation, the file is forwarded via a separate n8n workflow to the designated Expat Wealth Desk review email inboxes for the requested assessment. Financial files are not publicly hosted on this website. Processing and retention by these services is subject to their terms and the applicable privacy policy. Your data is not submitted to any named investment provider automatically.

Booking a call

Our optional appointment calendar is supplied by Calendly. The scheduling service loads when you choose to open it, and Calendly's separate privacy terms then apply to information you enter in the calendar.

Your choices and questions

Submitting the form does not authorize account access, a transfer, surrender, or other transaction. To ask about access, correction, deletion or privacy matters, email privacy@expatwealthdesk.com. See the full privacy policy for further details.

Advertising and provider names

Provider names identify plans that visitors may already own; they do not imply endorsement or official affiliation. Information here is general information, not personal investment advice.

Public deployment remains subject to verification of operating-entity and regulatory disclosures, country-specific advertising eligibility, and final privacy terms.
